It needs to be armed.
As mentioned in the clip, it has the capability to self-destruct and take any journalists within 200 feet with it. What is not released is that the newest model can catch a shoe and return-fire it at over 95 miles per hour!
Sometimes a little levity is required and I thought this was a good way to start the new year. Thank you all for your patronage over the past year. I feel like I have been rewarded for my blogging efforts with a large group of new friends.

Maybe with the next model, it must be capable of returning multiple shoes with the sole plainly visible and also for the heel to strike at the attackers face.
